Assuming we are not limiting "jazz" to OKOM, I would add Ko Ko by Charlie
Parker. It was a melodic re-interpretation of Cherokee with the melody on
the extensions of the chords. It is the seminal tune of be-bop and no doubt
blew every jazz musician away when heard for the first time.
