[Tradjazz] Musicians & Buffs

Somebody told me about an "old-time jazz" e-mail discussion group which is exclusively for musicians.  To each his own, yet I find OKOM's group which welcomes everyone, to be very refreshing.  

At the OKOM studios, we often have non-musicians with us, when we produce radio programs and when we produce CDs.  Sometimes one of them will preface a comment with something like "I'm not a musician so I don't really know anything, but . . . " and then they will make a comment.  I always jump in with the thought that they are exactly the people we want to hear from.
