Hi GJB Fans,

Fairfield Gazebo Concert
We hope to see you this Thursday, June 14th 7-8:30PM, free concert, Fairfield 
Gazebo, with Bob Price, Jane Campedelli, and Art Baron.   We've been doing 
this venue for about 15 years now, and we always have a ball.   Bring chairs or 
blankets, some food and drink, and listen to Connecticut's number one jazz 
band under the stars.

Concert/Dance in Litchfield 
Sat June 16th7-9PM, Litchfield Community Ctr Jazz concert/dance, with Bob 
Price, Skip Hughes, and Jane Campedelli, $15 per person, $25 per couple, BYOB 
with setups and light food fare provided.   It's called “STRUT and SWING into 
SUMMER”.   Call 860-567-8302 for details.   This sounds like fun!   I know it's a 
long way for some of you, but what a beautiful ride!

SUNDAYS at Marisa's in Trumbull! Over for now!
What a great time we had last night, Sunday,   June 10th with trombonist 
Craig Grant, and vocalist Jane Campedelli. It was our last Sunday at Marisa's 
until after the summer, and we went out in style, to a packed house!   Thank you 
for your support!   We'll see you again on Sunday, Sep 9th, 6-8:30, once again 
with Jane Campedelli!   Be sure to make your reservations early, like 
yesterday!   Remember, there is no cover or minimum at Marisa's, but because the food 
is fabulous, you're going to want to order dinner.   Marisa's is very easy to 
get to: take the Merritt Parkway toward Trumbull, get off at Exit 48, head 
north for about 3 miles, and it's on your right.   This is a good size 
restaurant, with plenty of seating and parking.   From Guilford, it took me only 35 
minutes to get there.   Marisa's address is 6540 Main Street, Trumbull, CT 06611.

Sun July 1, 6-8:30, Beachhead Restaurant, 3 Cosey Beach Ave East Haven, CT. 
That's right, East Haven, where I was born 64 years ago! The location and views 
are spectacular!   Right on Long Island Sound!   Check out their web site, 
beachheadct.com. It's our first appearance at the Beachhead.   In fact, it's our 
first club date ever in East Haven.   It's dinner and dancing to the 
Galvanized Jazz Quintet.  Call 203-469-5450 for dinner reservations now.  This is a 
great spot, with great food (I ate there recently!), but limited seating, so 
make your dinner reservation now!!   This could be the start of something BIG.   
Remember that other Sunday gig we had in Northford!

Bill Logozo's Heartbeat Jazz Band will be at Olivers in Essex on Thursday, 
July 5th, 7-10PM, with Skip Hughes!   Great crowd this past Thursday! This is a 
great spot, nice atmosphere, and good food at a reasonable price.    Of course 
the music is hot hot hot!   Dancing too!   Look for them at Olivers the first
