Brett Boyd is a 20 year old trumpet player/vocalist/banjo player and songwriter. Since age 16 he's been performing all around the tri-state area at venues like Birdland Jazz Club, The Supper Club, Ars Nova Theatre, The Cajun, Nobody's Inn, The Deerhead Inn and has performed at the Connecticut Hot Steamed Jazz Festival with Dan Levinson's Eleven Sons of Rosy. He now has his very own band, and boy what a show they produce. Brett Boyd usually incorporates a little jazz, a little blues, a lotta personality, sometimes a few powerhouse ballads, and always ends his shows with classic New Orleans Jazz numbers like "When The Saints Go Marching In" and you can be sure to expect tubas & banjos galore in his finale.
